Dint have good experience. They charged $80 for pedicure + manicure with shellac. They are Naive and novice and do not have expertise in nail tech. I selected colour on catalogue that looked so vibrant. But when the lady applied it had a transparent base. As a customer I am not aware, she should have guided me that it will require white base. Went in today asked for a different French base coat to the one I had as I didn’t like it she wouldn’t let my choose one says no good but it’s what I wanted so ended up walking out with the same base as i went in. Not happy if I’m paying I will get what I ask for. Won’t be coming again
Horrible horrible horrible nails salon. I was the only customer for the whole hour and a half I was in the salon however I was treated like rubbish. Left to sit there for over 30 minutes with my fingers wrapped in acetone while my nail tech was on a personal call. Two other techs were sitting directly in front of me on their phones and having a loud obnoxious conversations with no care for their ONLY CUSTOMER. Very bad customer service . I went there today the lady told me to come back after 30 minutes when i went back after 35 minutes lady said come back tomorrow its too late now. I just went there for nails specially and she is asking me to come back next day.
I was really disappointed with my visit to this nail salon. The staff did not pay attention to what I asked for, and the final result was not good. The service felt rushed, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I was hoping for a better experience
