Since moving to the Eastern Shore I have tried countless nail salons in Deleware, Salisbury, Berlin, and Ocean City. I have had a very hard time finding a salon I was completely satisfied with customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. What I can say is Leo is the best nail tech in the surrounding area. I have had my nails done consistently for years and never liked the way almond shaped nails looked.
