Worst nails I’ve ever had! I’ve had my nails done here and the day after getting them done they chipped and the colour peeled off, I went back to get it fixed and it has done it again!
Very disappointed in the service I’ve received. I came in to get my acrylics refilled, during this time my finger started burning. Whatever chemicals the lady was using had came into contact with the skin on my fingers. Once I began to examine my finger the lady Immediately asked me was my finger burning. She knew exactly what had happened. Her solution was to wet a piece of kitchen roll and give it to me, later on she gave me a bowl to submerge my finger in. DO NOT GO!!! The worst experience there. The staff there is sooooooooooooooo MAIN and RUDE!!!!!!!!! The service attitude is extremely the worst. The staff’s sharp nails pinching my hand made me very uncomfortable and distressed. And over charging at the end of the service without advance notice!
DO NOT GO! EVER!! Bad attitude and bad services. It was extremely painful during removing and manicure. The lady pays no attention to any details. The bad experience will haunt you forever - both physically and mentally.
Poorest service ever. Made an appointment for full leg waxing - came scheduled appt, 3pm (late lunch break) - in all a 52min wait. First I was told a 20 min wait, then 30 min wait, ended up being nearly an hour’s wait. Why did I stay? Having a procedure done tomorrow & just had to have it done today. And all I got as a response was to-ing and fro-ing in another language amongst the staff, and sorry here, sorry there - the lady that does the waxing had been overbooked. Really, really disappointed.
