I clearly communicated the shape, color, and thickness I wanted, but my nails were thicker than requested. When I brought it up, the staff spoke rudely and made comments behind my back, which made me uncomfortable. The issues weren’t resolved, so I went to another salon and had them fixed quickly. Overall, I would not recommend this salon.
