I had an appointment on Saturday with Genney for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. While everyone at the salon was friendly, the service itself felt rushed and careless. I left with leftover polish on my toes, and the gel manicure was thick, bubbly, and poorly applied — the polish bled into my cuticles and looked messy overall.
