Waste of my time. Laughed at me because I didn’t have my license on my person (it’s at my salon) so I left even when they tried to look it up. Tone on the phone previously when I was asking questions was rude and I mentioned that, thought the situation would have been rectified- but they’ve lost all business from our salon instead
Don't shop here. They sold me a Walh trimmer that didn't work. It only trim one hair cut and died no matter how long i charge it.I brought it back immediately and they refuse to do anything. The same thing is at Cosmos Prof. Don't buy anything fr them. They don't stand behind their products. Once the money is in their hands that's it. Shop at Central supplies. They're a little bit better at their service. I will never shop at Modern Beauty supplies nor Cosmos Prof ever again.
