Awful experience—it disrupted my facial expressions, and despite reaching out to fix the problem, they billed me again for errors they created. I feel deeply upset and disappointed by the inadequate customer support. Paying someone to correct their own mistakes hasn’t occurred before. It’s taken me 1-2 weeks to write this review because I have never been treated like a criminal. I am a frequent user of Groupon and my experiences have been great! Can't remember my Girls name but she was an L&D nurse and she is phenomenal! One of best I've encountered! Open, honest pricing just super great! This is my place moving forward for all my facial desires! Already setup another appointment for next week! Second appointment was great! Alex was 100% Great!! She is a perfectionist!!! Very thorough!! I've been looking for a wonderful place with several to compare! These ladies are very perfessoinal and know what they're doing!! Love my results!
Coral and ther front desk receptionist was honestly one of the best experiences I have had with getting injectables. Coral is beyond my favorite she talked me through the whole thing and priced out everything to help me get th4e best deal ever. Coral is very professional and exceeded my expectations. This place is great! I was a little nervous for my first Botox appointment but Alex quickly put me at ease. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, listened to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that made me feel well informed . She was so gentle and precise and her attention to detail is on point. What impressed me most was how natural the results looked, just a subtle and radiant refresh. I am really happy with the outcome and will definitely go see Alex again!
