I had an appointment last week for a touch up because of the terrible tox job they did and to use the syringe of filler I purchased that they were holding for me. The manager at the Clearwater location told me she would bring it to the Tampa location because they were closing Clearwater she even reassured me that the Tampa location wasn’t closing because business is “better there”. Horrible place inexperience staff and good luck getting a return call. I been waiting for a call for appt they canceled 2x for a touch up tgat they v botched and cant get through to anyone

I have had a wonderful experience here. All their products are lab tested and give great results. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and make everyone feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone.

Very sweet and welcoming staff :) Didn't wait long to be seen for my appointment...Professional and quick painless tox injections. Can't wait to see my results. Staff made sure I was well taken care of <3

I went to this place twice. Each time I had to go back to have things re done. They said " we guarantee satisfaction" after each injections my forehead looked 10x worse than before and left me with those deep eyebrow looking lines above my eyebrow. They did not offer me a refund. I had to do to another place and spend money to have their crap fixed. Now it looks amazing. Do not waste your money at this place!!!
