Extreme lack of cleanliness. Wax strip got stuck on the basin and the lady took it off and started using it again. No place for customers to keep their belongings in the rooms. I was told to put my phone and glasses in the basin.
Nikita!! You’re a lifesaver! I came in on whim and you were able to save my uneven bulky bob. I was worried cause I have wavy hair, but you know how to work with all textures! I will definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience with Ruby. she was very professional and made me very comfortable. I will be definitely using her services in the future. I highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for waxing and other services.
