Very professional ! I got box bohemian crochet braids and they look like individual braids. I love them and I got many compliments. I had a few braids that I didn’t like the color in the front. I had them for a week and I called to see if she could switch them out for me. She got me right in early before her other clients arrived and did a wonderful job at switching the braids and styling them for me. Bad experience! I will never go there AGAIN! AND will not REFER! My braids came out piece by piece in the first month! I didn't want to go back and get a worse job done! The style was awful! It wasn't what I wanted.I would recommend to go to someone with better experience
