I'm 58 years young and haven't worked out in 20+ years consistently. 2025 was my year to change. I have 6 children and my oldest son is getting married this year September. No eccuses! The coaches are very knowledgeable, which enhances my fitness experience. The cleanliness of the facility is exceptional, which is something I truly appreciate. My time at 🏋🏼♀️Venus is always the favorite part of my day, thanks to the positive environment and the dedicated staff who make every visit enjoyable.
