Terrible experience here. One of the salespeople assaulted my elderly mother and myself some time ago while I was parked in the tiny, cramped, parking area (common area shared by a number of businesses), while I was returning a rental car. He was upset that I parked in the parking lot returning a rental car. I should have called the police.
I have not been particularly impressed with VFC. I purchased a used Porsche Boxster S in February 2025 and although I am happy with the car, I have not been satisfied with how VFC has treated me. First, when I asked about the age of the tires, I was told they must be recent otherwise the car would not have passed the out of province safety inspection.
