I use to love shopping from this company. I still have alot of their clothing. I have been browsing and the clothing is now like any other line. The company had such cute clothes and now the styles are for old women.

I was a satisfied loyal customer for years. Then I noticed a significant price increase, along with a massive decline in quality. I miss Venus, they used to be my Go-To for unique styles, quality of products, and customer service, then overnight they changed and this was way before COVID hit. I kept getting items that were well beneath the quality I was used to from Venus. I had to walk away. I received an offer from them today and I checked in only to discover things haven't improved. Good Bye Venus.

Quality of clothing has deteriorated ten fold, might as well buy off Amazon or temu and save money.

Ordered an item from Venus, never got tracking information and have not received item. Sent 3 emails, made 3 phone calls, no response. Will never buy from them again!

I just got through Browsing Venus clothing choices. Very disappointed. I used to purchase a lot of clothing from Venus. This was my go to on line clothing store when I needed an outfit for a occasion. In fact, I have several pieces in my closet that I purchased years ago that still look great. I have purchased unique blue jeans, dresses , suits from Venus. I don’t see nothing that I would consider ordering. That was because I had choices a couple of years ago.
