Stepped into @venusetfleur to pickup some gifts for Mother’s Day! Had a last-minute change of heart on the colors. It’s one thing to have gorgeous floral arrangements but it’s the service that really stood out. The staff helped me exchange the products smoothly. No attitude, no “why,” just pure attentiveness and respect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something meaningful — Moms deserve the best

My husband and I have been a customer here since 2022. We order 2x a year. I ordered a box of flowers that cost over 1,000 dollars haven’t even had it for month the box fell here is a picture of the flowers. Basically their customer service team and higher management did not care. They lost a customer that they could have had for life.
