I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. In my opinion, he was more focused on charging me as much as possible rather than properly diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. I arrived at his shop with a clear diagnostic report from a previous scan on my phone, but instead of reviewing the information carefully, he dismissed it and began making guesses, suggesting possible issues such as the oil filter, bad oil, or a clogged oil sensor without conducting a proper diagnosis. Great experience, very responsive and friendly to deal with.
Terrible experience, unprofessional! I changed the tires, balance and alignment in this shop. It was my winter tire, and it never had any problem. After a couple of days, I saw the signs of tire wear. He never accepted to check my tires and said you need to buy a new suspension and tire !!! I found a report of alignment HE DIDN'T TOUCH MY REAR TIRES AT ALL. Don't waste your time and money on this shop.
Navid is a fantastic Mechanic, I will always bring my car to him for any mechanic needs from now on. Reasonable, honest, and hard working
They did a pre purchase inspection for us and it was extremely thorough and helpful! Felt very welcome and definitely trustworthy. Fair prices, good advice. Would happily go back!
