She did a high-quality installation of an EV charging outlet and a few other outlets in my garage, high quality and at a better price than one of the big companies. Cathy is knowledgeable and professional.
I had Kathy come by for a plug in that wouldn't work and I couldn't find the problem myself . She looked into the problem and ended up being a faulty breaker which she replaced . After that , being my house is an older house she gave everything a thorough check up to make sure nothing else is wrong . She was very fair on my bill and She is a True Master Electrician !!
I have worked with Venus three times over the years. Master Electrician who knows her stuff and is fast and fair. I recommend her highly.
I also left a review on the BBB Better Business Bureau website, you should check that site out, there are a lot of nice reviews on there as well. I definitely recommend this electrician. You will not be disappointed. She is smart, communicates well, has experience, knows her stuff. She made time for me and solved my problem quickly and efficiently.
Ended up being billed way over initial quote. Worked too slow to justify hourly rate. Work was done fine but left unsatisfied from extra hours billed. Would have hired someone else if would have known.
