I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Dr Vidhi Makwana at Venus Dental Care on 31st December 2025. Unfortunately, the treatment was handled in an extremely unprofessional manner. During the procedure, the anesthesia did not work properly, and it was given many times. I got my wisdom tooth removed here and would not recommend this clinic. The whole process felt like an assembly line — rushed, impersonal, and poorly organized. Post-care instructions were minimal; I was just handed some gauze and a paper without proper guidance. When I arrived for my appointment, they claimed they had no record of it, even though I had booked it two days earlier through their sister clinic, Buddha Dental. Very unprofessional.
