If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Gigi completely burned off and shaved my sister’s head. She unevenly cut and buzzed my sister’s hair without permission after she realized how badly she burnt my sister’s hair. My sister went for lighter streaks and Gigi ruined her hair completely. My sister will have to deal with the consequences of Gigi’s actions for YEARS to come. It is totally unacceptable.
