Venus is one of our family’s favorite local restaurants in Northport. Not only is their food delicious, but they are beyond kind and thoughtful and make sure their customers are always taken care of. I was looking to place a same day large order of some trays for about 15 people, and Irene was so incredibly helpful and accommodating! She even called me a week later to check in on how the food was and how everything went. Highly highly recommend Venus in general and also for larger gatherings!!

I waited 20 minutes for a single sandwich. When I got home and unwrapped it, it was completely overflowing with sauce. It was difficult to eat and the pita became soggy and ripped when I tried to hold it in my hand. Had to eat the rest with a fork and scrape of all of the extra sauce. The actual gyro meat itself was dry.

I've been to this restaurant many times and the food is great! The staff is also warm and welcoming and the lady mentioned in the previous post is usually very sweet.

Not sure what’s more disgusting the food or the person in the picture. Ordered asked to sit at the bar and this woman says no. In a vile manner. Then proceeds to have her meal at said bar. LOL. I regret entering this establishment the woman whom was answering the phone and brought my order was a sweetheart on the flipside
