The venue doesn't care about their residents. Staff is not helpful, especially their manager Alexa (or what ever her name is) seems so angry and bossy all the time, she is ok until you move out, then she will charge you 25$ per box or bag if you are late for few hours after your move out time. She doesn't care if your flight was cancelled or somebody died. She is so racist to international people. She is arrogant and everyone talks that because of her shitty life she wants to ruin others.
