This is an old venue and the air conditioning unit did not work and the place needs an upgrade.
It was a nice place. Only complaint is they need a better cooling system. We enjoyed ourselves!
Venue 109 is an excellent choice for hosting an event. The caterer recommended by the owner served delicious food. While the layout is somewhat unusual, it offers a dedicated room for food and drinks that can also serve as overflow space, along with a connecting room featuring a stage for your event. The venue is equipped with AV technology, and the decor is appealing, with comfortable seating areas. The only drawback is the parking situation.

Amazing event space. Has more than enough space to accommodate 100 people. we had about 30 to 45 people. We celebrated a coming home event on Valentine's Day in this space made it absolutely amazing with a drum set. TVs and over the head speaker system. So we could play a variety of music. The kitchen space has a microwave, counters deep freezer three sinks. Unfortunately it does not have a refrigerator or stove but we definitely made the space work for our event.
