Office staff is very slow in following up with Referall services for patient determined by Physician Assistant. staff appears not very well trained in medical office protocol or follow up with patient requests of scheduling appointments
Horrible expirience dealing with the finance department and front office. They claimed I did not pay for my appointment and sent me to collections. I responded to their claim with my bank and credit card payment which showed that I had paid on that date. Despite that the collections told me I had to contact Mrs. Prabaker. So I try to contact her but she only comes in 1 day a week. And when I finally caught her and gave her the proof she refused to waive it, saying that I could have just paid off another appointment. This doctors office used to be great. Lately not so much. I took time off to go and get a referral because they said that I needed to be seen in order to get the referral. Then they go and change it up on me and do a phone visit which by the way is what I was asking for in the first place so I didn’t need to take time off. Then I gave them the information for my referral and they never sent it in. Now I’m chasing them around for the referral and don’t get called back. Horrible service. I’ll be changing doctors soon.
