Despite being satisfied with the actual service itself, I had a disappointing experience. First, the house location was difficult to identify, it’s a private house on a residential street with no visible house number or business sign indicating that I was at the correct address. I had an appointment, but still ended up waiting 35 minutes with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. Venturous Beauty provides a service like no other. I love the care and detail they put into my pedicures. I am always pleased with the result's. The staff is amazing and their work speaks for itself. I will definitely be back
It was a wonderful experience. This was first time at Venturous Beauty, and it won't be my last time. It was such a tranquil, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so kind, and professional. If you can, book an appointment, you'll love it.
Beautiful people in a nice job
I’ve been to Venturous Beauty twice, and their work is AMAZING! The staff is welcoming, accommodating, and really makes you feel cared for when you’re there. Unfortunately, the communication and booking process needs improvement. I’ve had multiple issues with appointments, including delayed responses, confusion with scheduling, and most recently, waiting a full week for a response about rescheduling.
