Ventures is one of the best! I needed to upsize my vehicle last minute and they were able to accommodate and turn around my request within minutes. Would absolutely recommend for GTA rental needs!
Not the best experience here. Make sure you get full coverage insurance with them and ask them what that covers, because they sure don’t specify when you purchase it. I purchased their insurance for $40 a day and got a rock chip on the front windshield. Ended up having to pay outta pocket ($750)Then called around, and almost every other rental place covers windshield damage for $35 a day. Also they don’t offer as much km as others .
THEY SAVED US!! We had originally booked 2, 12-seater vans and an Ford Expedition with another rental company weeks in advance, but the day before pickup, we were informed that “due to a recall, the vehicles are unavailable.” To make matters worse, they couldn’t provide any replacement vehicles, and this was going into a busy summer weekend.
