I contacted Venturella and Sons Plumbing and Heating because I had a water main freeze and burst. Literally had no water in my home. I told the very polite dispatcher of my emergency and she absolutely assured me that they could get out to my property and repair the damage that day. What a breath of fresh air these gentlemen were!! They were very kind, took the time to explain the problem to me and walked me through step by step of the repair procedure. I have used Venturella And Sons Plumbing & Heating for 18 years. They are skilled, well versed in product knowledge I was seeking, as well as, prompt, polite to me and my home. Also, I have never been displeased with their staff or technicians and I feel, through previous companies I dealt with, how happy I was to find them. Hope they never retire! I paid 950 to have new well pump and pressure tank installed. After 2 years well pump motor went. I call venturella and tell them I have no water and that I was curious if they had some kind of warranty because I thought it unreasonable for such a quick failure. They tell me they have no record of service but they will send someone out at 4pm. 4pm comes I call them around 545 just to see if they are still coming, no answer no return call.
