Let me be clear this location is beautiful and well worth the rate it’s clean convenient and has an excellent view. However a business is only as good as its practices. You should never take a patrons money without signed agreements and clear understanding of policies and cancellation fees. This is my only complaint. My wife and I paid a deposit back in January for a new year’s anniversary party we were so excited but made sure to ask about return of deposit if event were to be cancelled. This office space and the specific San Antonio area it is located are great for meeting with our clients . I highly recommend others who are looking for new modern space for their office and team. The luxury amenities are the gym facility, coffee machine-provides yummy cappuccino, espresso and even latte’s. Bathroom even takes care of us ladies.
