Most unprofessional closing company you will ever meet. Closed yesterday on a house I sold that was paid off. Never received my funds. Contacted the bank today and there is still no pending money wire, but someone took possession of my house yesterday. Contacted both Mari M. and Cathy B. both will not respond. There is a closing company on every block, don't pick this one, so much headache.
This company is very unprofessional. Prior to closing, the closer did not follow up with the mortgage company to make sure the buyers had insurance, so we were kept hanging until just a few days before the expected closing. We did not receive the settlement statement 3 days in advance of closing, as is standard. When we arrived for our closing, the closer, Mari, did not introduce herself nor confirm who we were.
