Zero stars is really what they deliver on customer experience!! Rented through vrbo without knowing this company goes by 3 names, gatlinburg falls resort, cabins of smoky mountains. Serene ravine. Great location, could be a nice place, but filthy disgusting, dirty is a nice word for this place. The floors turned our kids feet black. Booked Waterfalls Edge, pictures were beautiful but they are dated by at least a decade. Traveled all day Thursday and given directions to the Gatlinburg office for details to the cabin. Due to Covid, the office was empty as employees were working from home. We contacted the number and waited on hold in the queue for ever. Once connected to a staff member, we were advised that our condo wasn’t ready and could not provide an address to the condo since it hasn’t yet been inspected.
