I stay in the *************** apartments in ************************. Recently there was a pouring of water in my apartment causing me to have to seek shelter at a hotel. The Regional manager ***** told me that as long as I bring him the receipts my stay at the hotel would be deducted from my rent, because it was clearly negligence on the maintenance/ the owners failing to keep up the maintenance on the roof which caused the rain to POUR into my apartment, damaging my belongings and leaving me homeless. Venture rentals does absolutely no fixing in the gastonia properties regardless of months of complaints, allows the maintenance to steal from tenants instead of just cutting the grass they shop on the property
