Less than 30 days before stay We are cancelled on by Host, Venture out beach rentals. All because of a name and card change, the owner would not allow that because I couldn’t make the trip anymore. David Sims is not a good human being but feel free to find out for yourself. His wife was very helpful and she told me November 28th we could change the name and card info over. I didn't actually use this service but I love the location and the people were very nice and I imagine they know where all the good spots are in this part of beautiful Panama City Beach
