We stayed at 8022 Thomas Drive beach house rental. The property was brand new and beautiful! However, we experienced many appliances that were broken and the property owners did not do much to help with the issues. For starters, the main fridge wasn’t keeping our groceries cold on the very first day. We called the property owners and they sent a maintenance guy right away but he couldn’t figure out what was wrong either. He said he would come back but never did. I would highly suggest staying away from all their rentals and they have a lot. Cancelled on a party of 12 - 28 days before check in. If you do book venture out beach rentals use a 3rd party, so you are protected. Our original total cost was 3200$ for the 4 nights but we ended up staying in a place that $10,700 for the 4 nights, no extra cost to us because venture out beach rentals cancelled within 30 days of booking.
Cancelled on us less than 30 days before our booking. All over a name change.
