Total nightmare! Disgusting place, unhelpful "vet" and completely disorganized office. We adopted our cat through this place (PetSmart in Hoffman Estates) and they were no help when he got Giardia and ringworm. They didn't even know that he had ringworm. I had to take him to a real vet to get the correct meds and treatment. I feel horrible for the animals that are in their care.
