The repair bill was large but so was the damage to my truck. They were up front and professional with their communication and keeping me informed.
Great experience. They gave me an exact quote of the work to be preformed, explained to me why it was required, how it would be done, the alternatives and options and the time frame. They were very accommodating when I changed my mind and had the vehicle ready to go a day early. I highly recommend them.
Good and fast service, pleasant manner at the desk
I chose Venture Motor works after a long hunt, researching different mechanics in search for a trustworthy one. I've been there twice now and I'm just so pleased with the service I received and every employee I've communicated with. I don't think it's ever right to put blind faith in people so I still think for myself, I ask questions, I look things up online to be informed. So far, I'm confident I made the right choice. Venture Motorworks was a great find.
