Been coming to Venture since opening. I live in the SE and even though it's a little bit of a hike, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Honest, fair and trust Vic, Shawn, and everyone working there.
All of the staff at Venture and approachable and will answer questions. They provide photo proof of the defects and allow you to pre authorize the repairs you are able to pay for. Being a woman, I’ve never felt like I am being upsold to or talked down to or that a problem has been exaggerated to get more money from me. Always very professional with a high quality of work and service. Highly recommend
