Pulled away with my Hiplok still through my rear wheel, resulting in it knocking into my rear brakes/cabling. With the brake no longer working and the brake fluid squirting out, I quickly searched for motorcycle shops near to me in Totton. Found Venture Motorcycles and dropped in on the off chance I could leave the bike with them to have it fixed. Came in for a EGR valve and ordered one, told it would take 7-10 days i eventually called up after it passing that and not hearing anything, no answer so tried again today and again nothing, already pre paid so not very impressed and would like an update.
After dropping my R6 and getting some light damage I called Venture and they picked my bike up. All repairs completed in less than a day (with a new battery ordered in!) and ready to pick up. Best team ever, always really pleased with the fast and efficient service, always super polite and welcoming too. Best bike shop ever! Visited again and again the service was top notch, way cheaper than I expected, and done within a super reasonable time frame ❤️ thank you Venture Motorcycles!
