Our disaster relief / response organization, Missions On Wheels, has four Venture actuators now. Three on our wheelchair accessible shower trailer and one RV / trailer tongue jack. We've only had one issue with a plastic gear and that was corrected right away with a bronze gear on our shower trailer lift. When we needed to replace a 15 year old tongue jack on a donated trailer, Venture stepped up big by donating one of their's to the trailer! There's no training just thrown into work useing machines with or without certification in 3 days I worked on 2 different parts quality control and assembly was shown once and left alone parts done were not checked by superviser so be careful receiving parts from there just my experience though but I did 600 parts first 2 days n a skid of parts 3rd day unsupervised and unchecked .
