Overall Kim and her team were quick with the short time they had to get us approved. the job was done and we are thankful. She kept me in the loop always and made sure we did not go over the monthly amount we wanted to pay for the mortgage by being realistic with our budget. This was our second time using Venture lending and it was what we expected from the previous purchase! Thanks again!
