Reservation was canceled only hours before pickup in Phoenix. Refund can take days while travelers are left scrambling. Immediately after canceling, I was offered other vehicles at a much higher price. Very disappointing and felt unfair.
They are a very knowledgeable and capable transport company with some of the best drivers in the county.
