I bought a new construction home and the screen patio door net was lose causing my baby to fall through the door and hurt her self. Called the builder and explained to them what has happened and took them a month to re screen the door and put it back. The net came lose again and it came out the same area it did last time. Venture Homes built our home and we couldn’t be more pleased! There are always challenges along the way when you build a new home but everything was addressed to our satisfaction in a timely way. We would definitely use them again! Love, love, love our new home!
