Nathan was excellent. His communication with scheduling, arrival times, and setting expectations were spot on. Then his troubleshooting was so thorough he found the issue was much less complicated than I originally thought. Within a satisfactory amount of time he’d removed the damaged romex and replaced it with new romex. We’re happy to be a satisfied Venture Electric customer.
I needed a new line run for a dryer plug, and Steven was able to get me fixed up with a nice installation and new plug, as well as installing the proper breaker in the electrical panel. I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time I need electrical work done.
Nate and his team were fantastic. Friendly, collaborative, great communication, cost-effective, excellent work. Beyond our immediate project (installing a circuit for a kitchen stove), Nate thought ahead to our future needs so that we could save money down the line on installing a heat pump. We also really like working with a smaller, hyper-local company. Will definitely hire again!
Nate diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He’s friendly and professional. I will call him again for future fixes.
