I’ve been through Mister Car Wash in Brandon a hundred times with my ladders strapped in the bottom of the bed and cones in the bed too. They never move. Never. They just made me unload everything. New policy. I knew loose things weren’t allowed, but this is ridiculous. Last time here for me...
RecommendedLove the unlimited $30 platinum washes. I have 8 locations in Mississippi to utilize. Easy, friendly, and convenient. Our fav guy is at Brandon he’s always smiling and they genuinely want you to have a great experience keeping vehicles looking great. I’ve tried the Jackson, Richland and Flowood location too.
Be warned they will deny any blatent damage they cause to to your vehicle. Lesson learned will not be back.
The managers special said it included everything and for $20, you'd think it would. But it doesn't. My car came out with dirty tires, dirty back window, and dirt still on the bottom of all my doors. I washed off my whole car before going in to get the tough spots off. Extremely disappointed but glad I got the free vacuum at least.. but I could have done what it did at home easily! Broke a trim piece on a friends vehicle and wouldn’t pay to repair it! Don’t recommend!
The blowers are horrible and my car is still soaked after the wash. The vacuums also need to be tuned they barley have suction. Used to love this car wash but the maintenance hasn't been kept over the years. Hopefully since it was bought out they will fix these problems.
I went to go through there today as I have many times today they did not have me lined up and my left wheel house caught on the rail and the manager sais it was not their fault that it was already down and there was nothing he could do. I made him do a report on it and he was suppose to send it to me i have not received anything I told him to cancel my membership
can't get perry to cancel my unlimited car washes even though he removed my decal.still charges my card $30 a month.He does'nt do anything but makes excuses and lies to me.
