Being from Alabama (the mecca of tunnel carwash) this was almost hilarious it was so bad. My truck looked as if it only got wet but not washed after going thru. It start with your pay system asking would I like to tip. FOR WHAT? You don't spray down the vehicle before entering, you don't sponge down hard to reach spots before entering, you don't offer a towel bin and spray bottles for your customers and your vacuums have only one nozzle option.
