I purchased my car, a 2016 VW Jetta, from Venture a couple months ago and although I am satisfied with the car itself, the communication on their part definitely had room for improvement. Wanted to test drive a vehicle. Filled out the form online and called and left a message with no response. Business hours are 9am-430pm so for people that work an 8am-5pm job its hard to just stop in when they are open to get the answers you need. Highly disappointed and although the reviews were good, I will now be going elsewhere as I worry about the customer service aspect after it starting this way.
Had the pleasure of doing business with Venture Auto this month! I had been looking for a new vehicle since last year, but just couldn't pull the trigger. I was fighting getting a minivan, but with 4 kids and two giant dogs - what else was I getting.
