If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan was phenomenal with helping find me the right car in the right budget . Things were smooth, quick and easy. No pressure with exceptional service.

I purchased my car, a 2016 VW Jetta, from Venture a couple months ago and although I am satisfied with the car itself, the communication on their part definitely had room for improvement. Upon finding out that I wasn’t given my car’s safety certificate in the package they gave me (despite the ownership form specifying that the safety would be included), I inquired about it and was informed that they only have the electronic copies of their cars safeties, which I also would’ve been fine with.
