Please, please do not get any alterations services from Venturas Bridal they will ruin the physique of your wedding dress. Well I headed here to get a veil because of alot of good reviews and recommendations. Came here and they locked the doors as soon As we walked up. So then I'm assuming it was the manager who came, looked at us up and down, and said "what can I help you with?" With a barely cracked door. I told her I was looking for a veil and her response was, "you can come in but no kids." I had my daughter with me and my infant son with my MIL. I am so sorry you experienced this. We have kept the door locked between customers for over a year now and no children under the age of 18 are allowed. We require everyone to have an appointment to enter the building as stated on the front door. We value your feedback and if you wish to call the store to visit more, we are here for you.
RecommendedI had an amazing experience. My Bridal consultant In Tress was the Best! I gave her my style and she ran with my idea! She was the perfect “hype woman” while trying on dresses. I said YES to the perfect dress !

Ventura’s was the first place I went to based on the recommendation of a mutual friend and I’m so glad I did! It did take 2 appointments to find the dress but Courtney was very patient and super sweet the entire time! The place was very clean and the COVID restrictions were not a problem at all. Temps checked, limit of 3 guests, and masks were the only rules in place. From what I gathered they also disinfect everything between appointments and before it goes back on the floor. I said yes to the dress at Ventura’s! My family and I had such a great experience. Ileisha was literally the best!! She was patient and kind and knew exactly what I wanted. Whenever I didn’t like one particular detail about a dress I tried on she came back with an even better one. She is truly amazing at her job and I couldn’t have asked for better help picking out my dream dress!
