(I Regret Bringing My Car Here) I got a 2024 BMW, my car was hit from behind and back bumper was damage. I brought to Ventura Auto Body, they told me that's gonna be done in 2 week of repairs. I came back up 2 weeks later, and everything looks good. I brought it home, and inspect my car. I found out that all my OEM light bulb have been replaced with aftermarket part, my spire tire and hand jack was also replaced with use older one, Well, I guess they cleaned the inside....
Took about 6 weeks to get my car back to replace a front fender
They have wonderful customer services,and their work is perfect and timely.

I came for a front end collision repair. The final repairs did have some panel alignment issues that weren’t initially addressed, but the replacement and painting of the parts were done very well. After leaving my review stating my concerns, the shop had gotten in contact with me and quickly made time to correct this, which speaks greatly on their customer service.
