Everyone I dealt with was friendly and I liked everything about their service except for one issue which makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. I bought a used RV in May of 2024 and long story short, I was told I had to buy "RV Appearance Protection" for an additional $1495. Not being inclined to buy extra insurance/warranties unless I have to, I said I was not interested in the protection product.
