My husband and I have lived at Ventura Vista apartments for a little over 6 years now. Overall, we've been very happy here. The location is excellent within minutes from Paradise Valley, Scottsdale Downtown Phoenix and Westgate. This is a quiet community and neighbors are mostly friendly. I feel very safe here. This makes my second year here, so far so good! The office employees are always very nice and very helpful, and the grass always stays green! I’ve had a nice time living here for my first apartment.
Whitney and Austin are such a great team together and great individuals. Both have helped me greatly to come up with solutions to any problem I have come to them with.
Husband and I moved in a couple of weeks ago. I just want to say Austin was and is absolutely amazing. He helped us through the whole process. He ALWAYS made himself available, answered all our questions. It feels like home. The apartment was on point.
I have lived here for a year and I have just signed for an other year. I love getting coffee in the office everyday and Whitney and Austin have been great to get to know. Maintenance also has done a great job with anything I have asked them to address. My roommate and I also really miss seeing Brenda the old assistant manager, she was the one we toured with and helped us sign our first lease.
