The apartment was very nice hated the counter tops and Formica trim it was a neon glitter that was a very poor choice but the representative was very nice and tried to be very helpful. Hopefully when the type we are interested in will come available in September.The prices for the newer trims were no available so we couldn’t find out the prices for them .
Just moved in. Everything is going great. Austin and Whitney were great and helped me through everything. They went out of their way to help me.

Austin showed a great and outstanding customer service attitude from the very beginning. He was always kind, willing to answer questions, and carried out his work impeccably. Whitney was equally attentive, kind, and responsible, always following up on any situation. Together, they make an excellent management team. I recently moved, and thanks to them, the process was simple and smooth.
My money was not returned to me during the application process. The holding fee is refundable and should be returned to me. The application fee is $50 not $200. I need answers on why I'm not getting my reservation holding fee of $150 back.
