I've lived here for 4 years & I love it. I've lived comfortably & it's very peaceful. Whitney is the best & shout out to the maintenance men! They are always on top of everything.

Overly priced and rent amount due never the same amount, differs from month to month. When your lease ends carefully the will trick you into another contract you agree to them charging outrageous clean up fees, and later they send you notice that you will be charged a clean up fee regardless if apt is clean or not, two separate fee amounts, one of apt is clean vs areal dirty fees. It’s insane. And you will pay for their utilities bill , gas, electric, water, admin fees, service fee for your water bill and to pay rent
