the fact that people steal each others packages and mails says alot about the community that lives here pathetic! how do u pick something that doesnt belong to you from the mail room!? insane
Very nice and clean community and the office lady Brenda she’s awesome. Very very nice and sweet lady. I’m glad I walked in there. I did put applications. I’m hoping I get approved.
Whitney was very helpful in sharing all that Ventura had to offer. She even helped with the paperwork because my computer skills are lacking! She was also patient and kind lending to my needs.

When I called to get more information on the property Brenda was super sweet and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my question were answered. When we visited Ventura Vista Brenda greeted us and just from how she greeted us I knew exactly who she was before she told us. Talk about building rapport:) She was amazing and during the tour we fell in love with the amenities and the units we were shown.
