Phone line spends forever talking about how they can help people on the phone but no one has picked up the phone in several days of calling
I came in with my toddler. They had toys to keep her busy while we waited. The front desk woman was very nice blondish hair (sorry I don't remember her name ) The MA man Robbie was very good. He was caring and almost made the Dr. Visit enjoyable. Dr. Aaron McClopin was also very great with his calming bedside manner and he got us in quickly. Thank you all for being such amazing people.
Visited a couple times. Hit or miss with wait times. One option I was offered was to sign in and the front desk gave me a appropriate wait time. I was able to leave and run a errand or two and still have my place in line. I sure hope they continue to offer this option. Staff is friendly the care is a tad bit above average but just slightly. I will come here again if needed
