Recommendedthe townhouse has so many activities that give the residents a opportunity to participate. my mother loves to be busy and active. the food is great and the staff really care. i hope i can live there later in life. i highly recommend the Ventura Townhouse!
We checked all the surrounding assisted living homes and found the Ventura Townehouse to be the best run home! It's clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good, and there's plenty of activities for my mom. She has way improved since we moved her there. My mind is at ease knowing there's a nurse's station. Mom is happy. We'd like to thank Samantha for all her help and putting us at ease!

I have known the Ventura Townehouse for may years & recommended it to friends in search of a retirement home. Myself I have moved here, slightly unexpected but with no regrets, two years ago. It is a lovely place in a great location, surrounded by people from all walks of life. All I can honestly say, this delightful VTH is precisely what you want it to be. My husband and I live in the Ventura Townehouse which seems like a lovely hotel. Our apartment is nice and has a large balcony with a great view of trees and a lawn with a putting green. We also enjoy three meals per day with excellent food. People are happy here and easy to meet as there are many activities. Every Friday afternoon the lobby is used for a wine and cheese party with a musician or musical group playing. Sometimes we enjoy dancing.
For many years I had envisioned living here. As I realized that vision 15 months ago I had no idea it would be so special. Recently I shared with a family member how appropriate my choice and that it had exceeded my expectations. Whether I wish to play games, socialize, enjoy good entertainment, be a "busy body", enjoy a good meal, or slumber away the day in my studio apartment with an ocean view I am happy. Friendliness abounds here from staff to residents.
My father in law is so happy living here. We had a fantastic party on Saturday in the Founders' Room for his 100th birthday! Antoine did a great job showing me the room before the event and the staff came and took away our trash when the party was over. The Founders' Room was free of charge to us, because my father in law is a resident and it gave us an intimate setting with a view to celebrate his 100th birthday with family and friends. Can't say enough good things about this place.
I came out from Colorado to visit my uncle Marvin who is living there .. you all.. the Staff are amazing .. I Love how you all treat me and my Uncle Marvin. . :) and you're taking care of him so wonderfully ♡ it just makes it so much exciting to visit him :) and thank you for helping with his 80th Birthday party :)
This is a beautiful facility that goes above and beyond providing a clean, engaging and welcoming community for seniors. We've visited with school music programs and with community events and they are always great about making us feel welcome.
