I moved to Ventura Terrace in 2015 and still live here. Over the years I’ve seen three different management teams, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with any of them. Each management team has been friendly, compassionate, understanding, and professional. The maintenance team has consistently been professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any issues. i’ve been loving my experience here at ventura terrance! Evelyn has been so helpful and supportive throughout this whole process! The community is so peaceful and welcoming, i’m excited for this new journey of ours in this neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to my loved ones!
