I suppose the house is reasonable for the standard of a project builder but still deserve 1 star. Cost us years of our lives in time we will never get back. Started 2022. 2025 now and just got final invoice end of February. Mistakes and delays throughout the process. No apologies or compensation for storage costs and temporary accomodation costs. Worst experience of my life building with Ventura. Over 3 years it took to do my build! Barely any communication from the building consultant who would often come back from my questions stating ‘as soon as I have been advised I’ll let you know’. Never followed up and many questions left unanswered. Nothing but broken promises from the building consultant and supervisor.
