I'm a currently long term rental.......Worse people you can't rent with, they never answer, they are never able to answer/help you with property issues. Example: I've been months with my garage not working and nobody cares about my situation, is like we are renting to a ghost. They change management all the time and is always terrible. Do not make the same mistake as us please. :(
We own a property and unfortunately we had Ventura Resorts start to manage it in late 2022. In June we came to our condo. It was filthy having not been cleaned since the prior tenant left several weeks before. They never answered the phone or returned messages. We went to their office in Orlando and found it unoccupied. They no longer have any staff in Orlando. They owe us two months rent but never answer emails. Avoid this company. They are a fraud.
