I would give a ZERO STAR IF I CAN. I had a very disappointing experience with Ventura pluming and heating today. The technician who came to my home appeared uninterested and made little effort to address the issue. When I referenced my conversation with the owner the day before regarding installing some sort of insulation for the backyard pipe , the technician simply responded that I would need to speak with the owner directly and plus I don't have that in my truck. . These guys are awesome. Small family run business and the entire experience was a pleasure from their instant picking up of the phone to sending a plumber to my home for a quick faucet swap. The plumber was smart and well trained and did a great job. Highly recommend Ventura Plumbing!!
